We use your date, place, and time of birth when known. An unknown birth time is never guessed.
Santi studies your chart and the astrology of the next edition, then prepares the personalized interpretation.
Physical letters and keepsakes are printed, collated, and packed.
Physical Mail is sent through the published monthly mailing schedule; delivery varies by destination.
Read your letter, spend time with your journal prompts and enjoy the keepsakes.
Future editions follow the active membership term or prepaid gift duration you chose.

For precise dates, use the current edition announcement and your order confirmation.
Join by the published cutoff for the next eligible edition. Orders after the cutoff begin with the next available letter.
Physical letters are prepared and posted on the current monthly schedule. Shipping dates can vary.
U.S. delivery is typically 5–15 business days; international delivery may take 2–6 weeks. Eligible destinations and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.
Digital editions are sent through the current subscription access flow and can be accessed through the Digital Library where eligible.
Join by November 10th to receive December’s edition. Letters ship before December begins.

Physical plans can include monthly, six-month, or twelve-month terms. The actual Shopify subscription checkout confirms the current price and renewal rules.
Standalone Digital Mail Club costs $10 per month. It does not require a physical subscription.
Physical and digital gifts can be prepaid for 2, 6 or 12 months and do not automatically renew.
Recurring subscriptions renew according to their selling plan. Orders already personalized or prepared remain subject to the published cancellation/refund policy.

Date and birthplace help personalize your reading. Exact birth time improves the precision of some chart elements but is not mandatory.

Why does my letter show different signs?
Santi uses Vedic sidereal astrology, which can produce different placements from Western tropical astrology. See the existing signs explainer in our Start Here guide.
Can I join without an exact birth time?
Yes. Some house placements and specific techniques cannot be determined with the same confidence, and no time will be guessed.
Will every month’s mail be the same?
No. Your personalized letter reflects each month’s themes, and the printed keepsakes vary by issue.
Can I join from any country?
Physical shipping is restricted to supported destinations. If your country is not supported, consider the standalone digital membership where available.
